1. Refund Timeframes

Monthly Subscription

Full refund available within 7 days of purchase

Annual Subscription

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Service has significant technical issues that cannot be resolved
  • Service features significantly differ from description
  • Refund request made within specified timeframe
  • Account has not been suspended for violations
  • Service has not been excessively used beyond normal limits
  • Payment processing errors or duplicate charges

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after specified refund timeframe
  • Account suspended or terminated for terms violations
  • Service used beyond reasonable limits
  • Personal reasons for no longer needing the service
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with AI response content
  • Change of mind after extensive service usage

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Annual subscription users requesting refund during usage period
  • Service interruptions resulting in lost usage time
  • Feature downgrades or limitations causing impact
  • Pro-rated refunds for cancelled subscriptions

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on actual usage and impact assessment.

Recommendation: Please take full advantage of our free trial features before purchasing paid services.

  • Free users can have 10 AI conversations per day
  • Experience basic features and service quality
  • Understand AI response style and accuracy
  • Test compatibility with your needs

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Contact customer service management for a second review
  • Provide additional relevant evidence and explanations
  • Resolve disputes through third-party mediation platforms
  • Seek resolution through applicable consumer protection agencies

7. Subscription Cancellation

Important Notice

Cancelling auto-renewal is not the same as requesting a refund. For refunds, please follow the process above.

You can cancel auto-renewal in your account settings at any time. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
